Information, Advice and Guidance- 9.00 am – 12.00 pm (Monday – Thursday)

MONDAY

Warm Hub Cafe – 10.30 – 1.00 pm 

Warm Hub cafe is a safe space to socialise with free food provided. 

Heartbeat Exercise- 11.00 am – 12.30 pm 

Assessable exercise, which can be modified if you need to sit down and get involved. £2 a class, speak to Ruby to take part.

Yoga – 1.00 pm – 2.00 pm

TUESDAY

Knit and Natter – 10.00 am – 12.00 pm 

Learn to knit, have a brew and socialise. First session is free, then £1 to go towards materials.

Free-Bee Cafe – 10.30 am – 2.00 pm 

Free cafe where breakfast is served, followed by lunch. Donations welcome.

Stay and Play – 10.30 am – 12.00 pm 

Free class for ages 0-4. Free play, lead activities, singing and lots of fun.

Tuesday Walking Group

Join us for a walk around the local area. We walk for up to 2hours but you’re welcome to leave whenever you feel.

Tai Chi – 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm

Community Exercise- 4.00 pm – 7.30 pm

Community exercise class. Free for all. Children boxercise 4 pm, Female only 5.30 pm, Adult circuit 6.30 pm

Wednesday

Gardening Group- 12.30 pm – 2.30 pm

Drop in sessions to learn how to garden in our back garden and allotment

Thursday

Mosaics- 10.00 am – 12.00 pm

Learn a new skill and socialise. First session is free then £1 to go towards materials

Referral Foodbank- 10.30 am – 12.30 pm

The Trussel Trust foodbank. For referral call 0808 208 2138

Bee-line Cafe – 12.00 pm – 2.00 pm

FREE cafe where lunch is served. Donations welcome.

Tenants Union – 11.30 am – 1.30 pm

Drop-in sessions to help with social housing issues, eviction worries, rent arrears and more issues.

Sewing- 1.00 pm – 3.00 pm

Learn how to use a sewing machine. First session is free then £1 to go towards materials.

Menopause Group – 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm

Group on every other week. Talking about women’s health and advice.
